I am a Norwegian artist, art therapist, yoga teacher and content creator with a warm, aesthetic and personal style. I create content at the intersection of creativity, wellbeing, beauty, fashion, travel and lifestyle, focusing on storytelling, personality and content that feels genuine. I combine inspiration and reflections with art, yoga and nature, and I'm passionate about inspiring a less perfect and more playful relationship with life, health and creativity.
